The staff's service was subpar, with multiple issues and no compensation.

Great spot for a city break! the hotel is in a prime location, with easy access to local attractions and public transport. the rooms are spacious and well-designed, offering stunning views of the city skyline. I also loved the complimentary breakfast, which was delicious and filling.
We encountered several issues with our room, including a broken lock and an overflowing toilet, which led to multiple room changes.

Great location! Conveniently located near many popular attractions. The room had lovely decor and the bed was comfortable. Wi-fi was fast and readily accessible.
My experience at this hotel was terribly disappointing. My partner and I ended up moving rooms three times in two days, and we were faced with several problems including a broken lock, a dirty bathroom and a toilet that overflowed.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location was great, with many attractions nearby. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The room amenities were top-notch, including tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, and a patio. The free toiletries provided were of high quality, and the kitchenette had everything I needed, from cookware to utensils.
